Her music-style Sabrina quotes: "Of course, my sound is a fusion of House & Progressive House. Also other styles like Urban, Funky, Oriental, Tech-Trance and Uplifting influence my sets too." But after all, Sabrina says, it all comes back to this:"I just love electronic dance-music which moves and cheers the people up all around the world. The main thing is to have an interaction with the people and to give them a good time."
DjaneMag: Sabrina Terence is you real name, isn't it? A lot of Djanes use nicknames! Why did you deside to use your real name becoming a Dj, but not a nickname?
Sabrina Terence: Yes it is, well I'm not a big fan of names like Dj sunflower or so :)
DjaneMag: Tell me please, how do you begin with music and Djing? Was it your dream from early years?
Sabrina Terence: Not really, music has always been my passion yes and I went to the early famous Raves back in Germany in Berlin called "Loveparade" but at that time I never thought I m gonna be a Dj one day and travel all over the world!!!
DjaneMag: You travel a lot. What countries or cities do you like most of all and why? Is there any place in the world you was impressed greatly?
Sabrina Terence: Thailand, actually all Asia is my favourite, but also Africa, South America , North Amercia, Europe, ofocurse I love my base in the middle east. I am very grateful that I have so many followers from all over the world, I love every single one because without them I wouldnt travel so much or having in my up and downs "privately" a reason to not give up!
DjaneMag: Do you think that «Dj world» is men's world? In your opinion is it harder for girl to become famous Dj?
Sabrina Terence: It's hard for every DJ!!!! Every ARTIST! You need to be at the right time at the right place and you do need to know how to market yourself out there, I do all the marketing alone, Sometimes people ask me how many employees I got for all social media :) Just my mum and me :-)
DjaneMag: What challenges have you faced being a female DJ and how did you overcome them?
Sabrina Terence: Puhhh, you do have a lot of haters, which was hard sometimes specially in the beginning lots of rejections, but I never gave up!
I am single since 3 years, I had been in a few long distance relationships but they didnt really worked out and I think they didnt really suppose to yet :-) But also here I am having faith!
Maybe there is a MATURE MAN out there who would love to have a little dj baby with me haha
DjaneMag: Could you describe your feelings when you play music?
Sabrina Terence: Its PASSION, LOVE , HEALING YOUR SOUL, But out of the most I am so thankful for seeing all my crowd being happy and smiling when they dance or jump with me!
DjaneMag: What are your biggest sources of inspiration when you are mixing or producing music?
Sabrina Terence: On the Ocean or in the AIR!!! And I get a lot of remixes from great Djs like Marc Reason, Levi & Suiss, Sean Finn, Dj Jenil , Edonis Kastrati & Tripleed and many more.
DjaneMag: What’s the most enjoyable part of your job?
Sabrina Terence: Meeting nice people from different cultures & seeing the world, getting flowers :) and travelling with my asian agent Cecilia from BCBG, always fun.
DjaneMag: What’s the most difficult thing about your job?
